Open Classes

Make the real question visible, then move into action.

Open classes create shared language, reveal organizational signals and help partners decide whether to continue into workshops, organization projects or long-term fellowship.

Two Directions

Two current open-class directions

Both classes are designed for entrepreneurs and senior leaders. They are not technical courses in finance, AI or coaching alone.

Founders, entrepreneurs, executive teams and organization leaders

From the Body of the Organization to a Centennial Ecosystem

A public class that starts with organizational state, team collaboration and leadership stability, then opens the application scenarios of the Centennial Ecosystem House Model.

Entrepreneurs, executives and professional service leaders

Seeing the People Behind the Numbers

Coaching-style business judgment in the AI era. Finance, AI and coaching are used as entry points to understand people, relationships and leadership transformation behind the numbers.

Formats

Delivery formats

The depth can change by context while the underlying logic remains consistent.

120 minutes

For associations, business schools, founder communities or internal company openings.

Half day

For practice, structured dialogue and small-group co-creation.

One day

For issue diagnosis, model understanding and initial action design.

Follow-up project

Can extend into internal workshops, team projects or long-term coaching support.

What Participants Take

Participants leave with an actionable observation frame

Each class closes with key questions, shared language and possible next steps.

01

One organizational truth card

Record observed facts, the first judgment, alternative explanations and the evidence still needed. Separate “I think” from “I know.”

02

One conversation to open

Identify whose perspective still needs to be heard, what needs to be checked and which question should return to the team.

03

One action experiment

Define an action to start within 48 hours, who owns it and what to observe, then set a 30-day review. This is action design, not a promise of long-term change.

This is a design for what can be produced in the room. It is not a claim that every past participant has already achieved long-term business or performance results.

Public Content

Public long-form writing: the first season uses 26 entry points from personal awareness to the centennial ecosystem, and will continue into further series.

Shuodu Academy video channel: public expression, event records and long-term connection.

Internal archives include open-class decks, workshop flows, practice tools, action cards, participant materials and review notes.
